Nemechek lights it up at Martinsville Speedway

After a dominating performance, John Hunter Nemechek takes home his 2nd victory of the year. 

Nemechek started the race on the outside pole, and jumped out to the lead early from Cole Custer. After a brief caution for a spin from Moffitt, Nemechek held on for the win in the first stage.

Josh Berry took the lead on lap 74, and after a brief caution for debutant Kaden Honeycutt in the #74, Sammy Smith in the #18 took the lead from his JGR teammate Nemechek. 

Nemechek quickly regained the lead and took his second stage win of the night.

In the final stage, Nemechek held off a slew of late race cautions and a challenge from teammate Sammy Smith to score his second win of the year in dominating fashion, as well as the $100,000 Dash4Cash prize. He now takes over the points lead from Austin Hill.

Sammy Smith scored second after starting in 7th and leading some laps in the midpoint of the race. 

Pole sitter Cole Custer finished in 3rd for his second top 5 of the year.
